After calling Edmonton home for more than 15 years, I’ve been fortunate to build a life and a career in a city that’s given me everything I could ask for. Through my years of working in restaurants and learning the art of traditional Canadian cooking, I’ve always believed that food isn’t just about taste; it’s about connection.
Wildrose Kitchen is my way of giving back to the community that welcomed me. It’s a place where Albertans can enjoy classic comfort food made with care, using high-quality ingredients sourced as close to home as possible. Every dish is prepared fresh to order, without shortcuts, because that’s how real food should be.
